This post was done in partnership with Galeries Lafayette
Bonjour from Paree! I'm so excited to be here this time with Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. They are seriously the most gorgeous department store I've ever been in. Their intricate dome was built in 1912 and represents different cities that supported the fashion industry. There's so much history behind this store and it's one of the few companies that are still owned by the same family that started it. They also have a gorgeous rooftop that has a view of the Opera house and the Eiffel Tower.
During my trip, I was gifted a Faure Le Page handbag. I received the Parisian blue and yellow tote. It's crazy how lightweight such a large bag can be. Their tiny details to the number 7 make it truly unique. Also, there are only three stores in the entire world. It's so exclusive it makes every bag seem unique.
I've only visited Paris twice in my life and it has easily become one of my favorite cities. There's a vibe going on here that I can't quite explain, but it's definitely something worth experiencing. I've only been here for a few days but I've already gotten so much done. I visited the must see, Eiffel Tower at sunrise, the Pont Alexandre III, Galeries Lafayette Gourmet (which had the most scrumptious truffle tagliatelle), and of course, Galeries Lafayette itself. Such a dangerous collaboration because I'm off to buy something I shouldn't. I'll be back next time with my poor decisions.
Talk to you guys soon!
